Every time I think - This is it, this is PEAK Republican stupid, they manage to out-stupid themselves. It’s one of the few things they actually excel at, along with scaring small children, shooting beer cans, lying, destabilizing democracy, lying about destabilizing democracy and generally just being self-obsessed, ceaselessly craven, performative stunt pulling, fascist fucks.

So what’s the latest hair on fire outrage du jour? The President has sleep apnea, and in the interest of getting more sleep, he has in recent weeks been using a CPAP machine.

The horror! A sitting President, who WANTS TO GET A BETTER NIGHT’S SLEEP? What is this world coming to?

As an aside - it is fairly ironic that the guy they call “Sleepy” has literally been struggling to sleep.
