I have long admired

Mehdi Hasan

and I am so excited to finally get to meet him “screen to screen.”

He and I have not always seen eye to eye on every issue, but I do believe that we’ve been able to maintain respect for one another even in our disagreement.

One of the things I appreciate most about Mehdi is how fearless he is, but of course, it’s also that he’s brilliant (I’m not an ass-kisser, it’s just objectively true).

I’m looking forward to hearing his thoughts on the election, Trump’s “cabinet” picks, whatever the fuck Elon is up to, what is helpful and not at all helpful right now in terms of the blame game, how did we get here and where the hell do we go from here?
