OMG I saw this film this morning elsewhere (I got booted from X) and just like the Grinch I felt my heart grow bigger just to see again what a real man is and does.
Yeah it was a clip of Biden talking to some people and then a boy with Down Syndrome rushed him and instead of being pushed aside, Biden gave him a hug, kissed his head and let him talk to him - film cut off there.

Yeah I was on the other side in a little area of Wayne called Pines Lake. Eden for growing up. No cars (the dads went to work, then it was just kids and moms) roads were free to roam (and we did) woods for miles, a small man-made lake only row and sail boats allowed. 2 beaches.
I've only been in Jersey once and as a retired petroleum transfer engineer (gas pump jockey to most) was shocked, shocked I tell you, when I got out of whatever POS rental I was driving to fill it when Giuseppe or Bruno or Madeline or whoever it was let me know in no uncertain terms that I was to get my fucking hands off the pump and get back in my car. I achieved some measure of redemption when Sal asked where the filler was and I, naturally, had no idea.
[For those interested the difference between a rental car and a four wheel drive car is that a rental car can go ANYWHERE. Be sure to tell the rental agent know that when you turn down the insurance.]
There was redemption later. I summitted mighty High Point, New Jersey, (el.1803 feet) oddly enough, the highpoint of the state. I also passed through the home town of Olympic Gold Medalist Rulon Gardner when a couple miles of my trip took me through a little-visited part of NY to get to High Point. I bring up Rulon because he was a HUGE underdog to Russian wrestler Alexander Karelin and I figure he's close enough to Jersey to be one of you. Rulon defeated the "unbeatable" Russian bear.
Donold Dump is beneath contempt. The only use he had for New Jersey is burying Ivana there for a tax break - after Unca Vlad had her pushed down the stairs for his BFF. It would be fitting for NJ to send him far out into the Atlantic in a leaky rowboat!
