I’m old enough to remember when donald trump called Ted Cruz a serial killer. I’m old enough to remember when trump said his dad was involved in assassinating JFK. I’m old enough to remember when he called his wife ugly too. I’m old enough (yeah, I’m pretty fucking old) to remember when pre-jowl merkined Ted clapped back by calling the melted circus peanut a narcissist and a liar. Hell, I even remember thinking at the time ‘holy shit, Ted may be the ickiest mofo out there but at least he’s calling trump out.’
I’m also old enough to remember when Lady G, on the verge of tears (shocker) said that trump was a race baiting bigot who would destroy the Republican Party.
You know, turns out this shit wasn’t actually all that long ago, but in the political world we occupy now, it was Little House on the Prairie ago.
